Turnaround and Delivery

We work to a standard lead time of 8-10 working days from receipt of payment together with a signed approval of the contract proof. Jobs entailing finishing work will need extra time depending on complexity. Delivery dates will be agreed and adhered to once the order has been placed.
Our emphasis is on keeping print costs low, speed therefore is not our main consideration. With ample planning we feel sure our turnaround time is a workable option.
Every business in the service sector strives to meet their clients deadlines and we are no exception to this rule and we can promise honesty at the enquiry stage if we feel we cannot meet your deadline.

Deliveries
Deliveries are made by a national haulier on a pre 12 o'clock next day service within England, Scotland* and Wales. The cost of delivery is not included in the price on most jobs and is dependent on how the jobs are shared and on their size and volume. You will be advised on the cost of delivery at the enquiry stage or before your order is finalised and goes to press. We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or costs incurred due to late delivery by any third party where every effort has been made to send goods in accordance with the hauliers terms and conditions. Insurance cover is limited to £10 per kilo for loss or damage. Clients are strongly advised to make their own arrangements for collection if the above terms are not acceptable.
*Next day deliveries may not be possible in some areas of Scotland.
